Description

ABREX®-ABRASION是一种柔性化学机械指尖和手部磨损测试,可真实模拟现实生活中手指摩擦动作,与实际工况的吻合度高达99%。这是一个高度复杂的磨损过程,其中涉及以下步骤:

 • 首先,在一定载荷状态下,模拟手指粘弹性的测试头由动态气缸驱动以45°角碰撞被测样品;

 • 然后,在被测样品和沾有测试液(如污垢、头皮屑、油脂、汗液等)的测试布之间进行摩擦运动;

 • 随后,根据实际应用情况,在接触或不接触被测样品表面的情况下进行回缩运动。
